Who We Are

Consultonality is an amalgam of ideas, experiences and insights. Founded against the backdrop of emerging trends in the post covid world, we realized in the fast-paced and unpredictable business mileu, the demand for innovative and adaptable solutions had surged. Evidently traditional approaches to business required reforms. The need for a fresh, more effective, creative, and holistic approach to problem-solving—particularly for Startups and MSMEs—was the key driver behind the creation of Consultonality. We don’t adhere to a legacy mindset. We believe legacy is built through reinvention, by exploring untested ideas and adapting to the ever-changing global landscape.

Founded in Toronto by a seasoned search professional, Jheelaf Razdan,who brings over two decades of experience including roles at leading global executive search firms, such as Egon Zehnder and Spencer Stuart, placing senior executives across Americas, Europe and Asia, Middle East. 


Her unique expertise in building and managing remote teams, combined with her experience in structured entities as well as start-ups and her skill in developing best practices and systems, has played a pivotal role in shaping the business.

Jheelaf is the Founder of the Consultonality, based in Toronto, 

she oversees business operations, client development, and relationship management. With a primary focus on building strong partnerships with clients across North America, she is also dedicated to expanding the company's reach and delivering services to clients in other global markets. She brings over 25 years of expertise in HR consulting and executive search.


Her professional journey spans Canada, the UAE, and India, where she has successfully managed mandates across North America, the Middle East, Asia, and Europe. Previously, she served as an HR Director at a Startup incubator in Toronto, where she was instrumental in establishing foundational processes and supporting Startup Founders as well.

SIDDARTH RAZDAN

Sid is the Co-founder of Consultonality. A qualified accountant from India he has over 3 decades of experience spread across Investment Banking, Wealth Management, Strategic Advisory and PE/VC. Sid has worked in India and Middle East and serviced clients in Asia, Middle East, North America and Europe.


He is the Founding Member of a boutique private equity fund in India managing around $100 M in assets. He is also a Board Member and shareholder in an Advisory firm in Dubai, a Non Executive Chairman of a boutique wealth manager focussed on listed US mid cap companies.
   

Sid is a Mentor/Investor in three startups, is involved with Nasscom/DSCI as a mentor on cybersecurity and sits on three advisory boards. His areas of interest include Tech (Saas and AI), Cybersecurity, EV, Fintech, Tech Media related Startups with global potential.

Noel brings over 25 years of marketing experience both on the agency and client side. As part of business transformations he has been instrumental in reshaping both brands and the marketplace. He has led cross- functional teams and managed multi-million dollar budgets to drive growth for client brands.  

 

Noel's marketing experience cuts across information technology, telecom, financial services, QSR and automotive markets. In the past he has established a Growth Centre of Excellence across Europe and North America by leveraging Salesforce.com and helped win accounts like Amex, BlackBerry, Manulife Global, Subway, CPA, Govt. of Ontario, SAP, BLG, The Beer Store etc. 

ANURADHA CHALLU

Anu currently leads Human Resources for Property Finder, a high growth Tech start-up in Middle East Region, based out of Dubai, UAE. She brings extensive multi-sector/multi- geography experience, her deep expertise lies in Business Partnering, Business Transformation, and Strategic HR.


Anu has spent several years devising and executing HR strategies to deliver business performance for PepsiCo and Motorola. She has previously worked with PWC and Tata Consultancy Services in Mumbai.  Her paper titled: ‘HRD in Mergers, Acquisitions and Joint Ventures’ in ‘Perspectives on Human Resources Development and Organizational Development in Indian Organisations’ – was  published by the Academy of HRD. 

ASHISH GAUTAM

Ashish is based in Toronto and is a seasoned policy expert with 3 decades of experience. As an executive and strategist in government and regulatory affairs, he has led and contributed to multiple initiatives and projects that enhanced public policy, government relations, and CSR.  


Ashish is a Founder of a couple of successful new ventures in India and Canada. He is a certified cognitive practitioner since 2020, and has strong background in open technologies and enterprise software.

He has held senior leadership roles at Infosys, Kyndryl, and IBM where he was responsible for managing strategic partnerships, market support, and team building across the IT and services industry on emerging technology

Nivedita is based in Mumbai, India. An experienced L&D professional, she founded Mindmine Consulting, 25 years ago. A Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation, with over 450 hours of coaching experience, she has trained  30,000+ people. 

 

Her expertise lies in providing impactful coaching to individuals seeking to achieve specific milestones in their professional careers and delivering specialized training interventions tailored for niche groups within large organizations, with unique skill gaps and capability development needs. 


She has offered programs across industry verticals like IT, Telecom, Manufacturing, Pharma,CPG, Financial Institutes, Media and Entertainment.
