Anuradha Challu (Anu) is an Advisory Partner at Consultonality and currently leads Human Resources for Property Finder, a high growth Tech start-up in Middle East Region, based out of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In her role, she is responsible for setting the strategic direction for the Talent Pillar for the business.
Anu has over twenty five years of multi sector, multi geography work experience, leading the human resources function as well as overseeing large teams. She spent the last several years devising and executing HR strategies to deliver business performance for PepsiCo and Motorola. Her previous experience includes consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers for clients in the media, manufacturing and service industries. Anu started her career at Tata Consultancy Services in Mumbai.
Her deep expertise lies in Business Partnering, Business Transformation, and Strategic HR. High emotional quotient, interpersonal capability and stakeholder management are her key strengths. She has published a paper titled: ‘HRD in Mergers, Acquisitions and Joint Ventures’ in ‘Perspectives on Human Resources Development and Organizational Development in Indian Organisations’ – a book published by the Academy of HRD. knowledge of varied markets and work cultures.
